Wholesale Butt Welded 3D Pipe Bend

In many metal pipe projects, there will be places where the pipe must go around corners or must be bent to follow a specific contour. For example, use a 45-degree elbow, a 90-degree elbow, or a 135-degree elbow. But in some cases, we will use butt welded 3D pipe bend. A 3D bend is a bend with a curve radius equal to 3 times the pipe diameter. It is smoother than the 1.5D curve and looks almost like a regular 90 degree right angle, but it is sharper than the 5D curve, which looks like a smooth arc between two vertical parts.
