The Common non destructive testing method is Radi Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Eddy Testing, Magnetic Testing, Penetrant Testing. RT & UT mainly test the inner defect of objective ; ED & MT mainly test surface defect of objective ; PT Mainly test surface breaking discontinuly.
As usual, our seamless Pipe fittings do the NDT testing is Magnetic testing ; Welded Pipe fittings NDT testing is 100% X radi testing. For high pressure and high wall thickness Pipe fittings need to do the Ultrasonic testing.
If Client require special testing method for Pipe fittings, Pls take it statement ahead of schedule.
