How will you evaluate a supplier

 This is a question for the buyer, but we are a supplier. Yes, I really want to ask the buyer this question. We would like classify buyers into 3 categories:1, the buyers send inquiry and quote for them. Then there is not any reply whatever we send email, make a call. There maybe  many reasons for them, like just want to compare the price with their suppier, the project is just for budget, ect. 2, the buyers send inuqiry with target price. Their price is always very cheap that can not cover our cost.3,the buyers ask us to supply all the certificate and evaluate us first, when they think that we are strong to supply for them, they will send inquiry to us. Whatever the buyers target, market or usage, we always hope they will tell us, because only if we know the situation, we can help you to win the order together. For the end user, you are the supplier. For you, we are the supplier. So does it mean you and us are one party, and only we make effort together, we can win the order together.
