 visit by themselves or appoint third party to audit the factory. But both have its Advantages and disadvantages. If appoint third party, they may do not know our goods very well. So they maybe can not get the point that it is important. If the customer come themselves,  they maybe can not notice all the point. So it is depends on the important thing that the customer look at.
